I had the pleasure of working with Leq'a':mel First Nation on these banners. I came up with this design after doing some research and having a look at their existing branding. I went with Pine Trees at the bottom because they are located in British Columbia, Canada which is heavily forested and lush, with tons of Pine, Fir and Spruce trees. I chose to go with blue and white to represent rain (blue) and snow (white). The logo was provided by the client and I colour picked from there to get consistent colours. I included the salmon from their logo jumping from one banner to the other to give the banners a little movement.
